Home Sweet Home

Bedrooms: 3

Bathrooms: 2

This apartment had been abandoned by its elderly resident. In the past, poor choices had been made such as placing a carpet over the original parquet or cladding the kitchen walls in shiny brown laminate wood from floor to ceiling. The layout of the apartment was excellent except the placement of too many doors to access the various areas, giving it a closed feeling.

A Schaerbeek Revival

The family owns a beautiful Bruxelloise house in a desirable residential part of town. The house boasts original features much cherished by the owners, from beveled glass grand doors to elaborate moulding throughout the ground floor. Not to mention the fireplaces, including one in the kitchen! This is one of those houses that once you buy you will never want to let go of.

More is More

The family owns this house in a quiet residential area just 12 km north of Brussels. The appeal lies in the quiet streets with large white brick house, well kept gardens and an overall bucolic feeling within a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the city. With the family growing and relatives from abroad often visiting, it was decided to attach an extension to the old house thus doubling many of the spaces in the original building and creating a new flatlet.

Playful Family

Bedrooms: 4

Bathrooms: 2

This house is in a bucolic residential neighbourhood in the historical town of Soignies, 50km south of Brussels. It is perfect for the young family who bought it: good spaces, a beautiful and generous conservatory and a good sized and well-kept garden. They proceeded to lovingly bring it to its full potential. With their passion for colour they wanted to put their strong mark on it.

Worth The Wait

Private children and adult dentist office

Avenue Armand Huysmans, 1, Ixelles, Brussels

This waiting space was dated and unloved. Far from a fair reflection on the dentist’s great skills. Investment had gone into the actual cabinet, but that meant putting the waiting room on hold. The result was a collection of old furniture and kids toys, with little regard for style.

A House in the Country

The family inherited a beautiful farmhouse in the south west of France, not far from Bordeaux. They decided to take the bull by the horns and do it up as well as extend it. The plan is to have a stunning holiday home in this picturesque corner of the French countryside, as well as a holiday rental place.
